We use poured concrete foundations for strength and durabilty.
We glue, screw, and nail the floors. This helps to prevent floor squeeks.
We install a passive radon emission vent and radon caulk when the house is being built. This helps the homeowner
in the future if a radon vent is necessary.
We recycle as much as possible from the job site.

Insulating the home:
We use batt insulation and we blow the attic with fiberglass loose fill.
We use insulating foam seal and caulk on the joints to be energy efficient.
We apply house wrap which keeps out water but lets the house breath. There is also rubber membrane flashing
around the windows.
The customer may choose to have fanfold insulating board installed under the siding as an additional option.
